The Shepherd Circle is an open, all-breed online classroom and community for handlers and owners of herding & working line breeds, who want to better understand their dog’s needs, instincts, and sense of purpose. This space is designed for learning, exploration, and orientation—whether you’re curious about working breeds, stock work, or relationship-based training, or simply seeking deeper understanding of your dog, this may very well be the place for you to start your journey. 

The Shepherd Circle provides foundational education in Canine Relational Theory, insight into working instincts across breeds, and thoughtful discussion around meaningful work and partnership. Our weekly meeting are topic based however also a great place to bring your questions. Members will,  have access to discounted and priority booking for on-site events, accommodations, clinics, lessons & products.

Our new platform offers a completely integrated community with app too keep all our information in one place. This is the best starting point for those considering deeper involvement in Nordika’s on-site programs or professional pathways, those who are to far away to attend regularly but are still part of our training community, or those looking to join a community that is inclusive, understanding and supportive.

ON-FARM Community & Access + The Shepherds Circle ONLINE

The Nordika Farm Membership+ is more than access to land. It’s an invitation into a living, breathing farm community where dogs, people, and purpose are meant to move again. 

Farm access at Nordika means you are welcomed into the rhythm of the property throughout the week. You and your dog have space to walk, hike, breathe, train, and simply be. Our active trail system and group hikes offer grounded movement for both ends of the leash, while our dog-safe open areas provide a relaxed, thoughtful alternative to traditional dog parks. This is space designed for decompression, regulation, and safe social exposure, not chaos.

As a member, you’ll also have ongoing opportunities to work your dog around multiple species of stock throughout the month. From structured group practices to monthly micro-clinics and educational sessions, this membership supports learning through consistency, feel, and relationship. Whether you’re new to stock work or deepening your understanding of a working or herding breed, this is a place to learn without judgment.

What makes this membership truly special is the community. Nordika is a space where reactive dogs, sensitive dogs, intense working dogs, and unsure humans are all welcome. This is a place to take a deep breath, soften your shoulders, and stop feeling like you’re behind or doing it wrong. Here, we focus on understanding dogs rather than fixing them, and on building clarity, trust, and partnership over time.

Your Farm Membership+ also includes full access to The Shepherd Circle, our online education and community platform, allowing you to stay connected even when you’re off-farm. Members receive exclusive discounts on accommodations, lessons, clinics, and events held at Nordika Farm, making this a truly integrated, full-spectrum program for you and your dog.
